From shaping components to understanding how they perform, the right environment makes a difference.
Our own molding capability brings the production of plastic parts in-house, creating a direct link between your design and the finished component.
Injection molding shapes molten plastic inside a tool. It is useful for repeatable parts, while material choice, tooling and tolerances determine what is right for your design.
Our temperature chamber allows products and components to be exposed to controlled conditions, helping evaluate their behavior under heat and cold.
Controlled temperature testing can reveal changes in fit, materials and performance. The temperature range, test cycle and acceptance criteria should be agreed for each project.
A dedicated, controlled environment helps limit airborne particles during sensitive production activities where cleanliness is part of the requirement.
Cleanrooms manage airborne contamination through controlled airflow and working practices. The required cleanliness level and process suitability need to be confirmed for your product.
